Ruach Ministries International is located in Port Arthur, Texas under the leadership of Apostle Glenn E. Alexander, Senior Pastor. This is a non-denominational, Christian ministry founded on biblical principles. The word Ruach (pronounced roo-ark) is a Hebrew word found in the Old Testament. It means “wind, breath or spirit.” Ruach is an active, powerful word that speaks of life, new things coming into being, activity, power, etc. The ministry’s foundational scripture comes from Zechariah 4:6b which says, “….not by might, nor by power, but by spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.”
